Kids Ministry Director - Bay City
The Kids Ministry Director - Bay City will provide oversight and leadership of the children’s programming (birth -5th grade) at Hopevale Church - Bay City. This position requires a passion for young people and their families to hear, know and follow Jesus. The qualified candidate will possess both leadership and administrative abilities in overseeing volunteers and teams as they minister to this age group. This individual will help further the mission of Hopevale Church by working directly with, and under the supervision of our Director of Finance & Operations, ensuring that our financial, giving and human resource records are maintained at the highest level. This individual will hold a degree in accounting and have two or more years of accounting experience. Additional requirements include: a strong understanding of fund accounting, strong interpersonal communication skills, an ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity, and strong attention to detail. Ministry Team Childcare Provider
This individual will help further the mission and vision of Hopevale Church by working directly with, and under the supervision of our Children’s Ministry and/or Community Group Staff, helping to care for young children. This individual will responsible for providing direction & guidance to children birth through 5th grade for various programs at Hopevale Church. A qualified candidate will need to work directly with children, in a loving way, doing various tasks and activities as instructed by their ministry supervisor. This individual must be able to follow curriculum, work side-by-side with others, be the liaison between child/family and our ministry, follow procedures & protocol to help create a safe, fun-loving environment for our young people. The qualified person will be representing Hopevale Church in various ministries and will need to uphold themselves in a healthy way through social media, appearance, & conversations. This individual will help further the mission of Hopevale Church by working directly with, and under the supervision of our Facility Manager, being sure to help create great environments for our guest to enjoy! This individual will be self-driven and must find joy in serving others. This role is extremely important as this individual will help keep our facilities clean, secure, safe, orderly, and prepared for the many groups that provide ministry to our community. Although not an upfront position, this individual must be able to comfortably interact with our staff and many guests who come through our doors. As a member of our team you will play a very important role in how people go about enjoying their experience while at Hopevale Church. We see our buildings & grounds as tools for ministry and outreach within our community.
