Open Table’s faith-based model creates a transformative relationship between those serving and those being served. This evidence-based model provides training, support, structure, and process to the Table.
A Table is composed of volunteers who make a year-long commitment to act–through relationship—as a team of life specialists, encouragers, and advocates for someone who desires their support. Over the course of a year, the Table works together to set goals, foster accountability, and implement a plan to create change.
